1. Install the original HotActions 1.60 software

vs2000hotactions-v160.exe (~4.7 MB)
 
NOTE: If you see one or more messages saying "Existing file is newer than the one 
being installed. 
Do you want to KEEP the EXISTING file?" -- make sure to answer YES every time!!


2. HA-upd1610dx9kn.exe (~4.0 MB)

3. Run HotActions and do the follwing steps:

a) Push F8 key and select the "RenderDX9" line from the list. Click OK, then close and 
restart HotActions program again.

b) Push F9 key to setup the chroma keying parameters

c) Do NOT push the F10 key, as it will NO LONGER be used for configuring the Chroma 
Keying Parameters!


4. Follow the instructions in the PDF file mentioned above.
  
Keep in mind that although 98% of the virtual set samples are compatible 
with this software upgrade. Some of them would start working strangely. If you experience 
some unexpected behavior of some virtual sets after the software upgrade, please let us 
know WHICH SPECIFIC set had this problem! 

NOTE: IF you need to adjust the video input and/or output settings of the FD300 cards, 
you will need to CLOSE HotActions program and launch the "FD300 Config" program.
